Shipping policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipment Processing Time
Express mail (UK first class or equivalent) is provided free of charge on all orders > £99. Your order should be with you before 3 days of making it, or 7 days in Europe or the USA.
Orders outside of the UK, Europe or USA shall take up to two weeks, contact us for a more accurate quote. Our aim is to provide you with your order in the least time possible.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. This will be displayed clearly on our website, if it is the case. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
